Qualifications

The successful sales professional at Baxter must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset with a drive for results. In addition, Baxter looks for talented and driven sales professionals who have:

  • At least three years of relevant healthcare sales experience in the field of nutrition, gastroenterology, oncology, anesthesiology and surgery;
  • Baccalaureate in Natural sciences
  • Possibility of living and working in Dalmatia
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to teach
  • Experience Identifying creative solutions to overcome challenges;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • An entrepreneurial and resilient attitude;
  • A passion for short and long-term opportunities;
  • A desire to work with diverse cultures, and customer and patient education groups.
  • Driving licence (B category)
  • Active English knowledge (in letter and speech)
  • Computer literacy MS office

Core job responsibilities

  • Analysis of account attractiveness, classification and identification of key accounts in the assigned territory,
  • Development and implementation of plans for selected key accounts,
  • Promotion of products, therapies and services,
  • Development and management of new services for key customers and sales area,
  • Leadership of tender management process in all assigned territory,
  • Achievement of all sales, financial and customer targets in line with the business and personal objectives,
  • Coaching, development, training, support and leadership of assigned sales team while acting as a role model and supporting company values,
  • Leading preparation of the account plans, approving in co-operation with Country Manager,
  • Leadership of Sales Incentive Program in full alignment with company policy,
  • Preparation and implementation of appropriate Training / Development programs,
  • Reassure full compliance of the Sales Team with all applicable compliance policies,
  • Analysis of the market of his/her responsibility, closely monitoring market development and reporting competitive activities,
  • Selection, adjustment if necessary and transfer of corporate/EMEA/CE marketing strategy / promotional campaigns / promotional materials for the products of his/her responsibility to local Market,
  • Planning and execution of the necessary training on medical knowledge, product knowledge, marketing strategy, promotional campaigns to relevant own and distributors’ sales teams,
  • Managing the allocated budget.
