Agmar d.o.o. is a Croatian company that specialises in representation and distribution of pharmaceutical and medical products.
It was established in November 1991 and since then has represented several renowned and recognised global companies that manufacture physical therapy and medical rehabilitation equipment.
Who we are
From the beginning, we have been agents and distributors for Baxter Inc., which is also our largest partner and whose products we distribute through various divisions:
- Baxter BioScience (vaccines, human plasma derivatives, recombinant proteins)
- Renal Division (peritoneal dialysis)
- Medication Delivery (infusion solutions, parenteral nutrition, cytostatics, various disposable medical supplies).
Since 2005 we have represented and distributed products by Galenika AD. Also since 2006 we are representatives and exclusive distributors for Actavis Ltd.
Finally, we should not overlook Cosmogamma by Emildue, whose physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment we represent and distribute in Croatia. You can find their products on our web site as well, and since they are specific, we invite you to contact us.
The Marketing and Registration Departments, composed of a team of young experts, actively seeks to expand our market. The Registration Department facilitates the registration of new products according to the regulations and laws of Croatia. The Import/Export Department is responsible for the import and sale of products on the Croatian market. From there, the Domestic Sales Department contacts buyers and organises distribution. The well organised Our Warehouse, at over 2000 m2, oversees the holding and storage of large and vital quantities of products in compliance with regulations. This warehouse is equipped with high-shelves and up-to-date equipment to assure compliance with strict regulations and is managed and maintained by trained workers, whose safety and health is our priority. The warehouse also houses our Transportation Department which is equipped with a sufficient motor vehicle pool providing delivery within 24 hours.
Over and above all this, we successfully represent our partners by maintaining numerous contacts with key experts in particular fields, organizing international meetings, congress and symposia, participating in conferences, supporting various scientific, medical, and patient-advocacy associations with whom we have been working successfully for many years.
The company is led by Mrs. Đurđica-Duda Kelečić, C.E.O., supported by team of young and experienced professionals, who are well educated but still eager to learn, as well as those who have just launched their careers. The company’s turnover in 2007 was 12.000.000,00 €, in 2008 14.740.000,00 € and in 2009 15.920.000,00 €.
In December of 2005 we began to implement the quality management system of International Standards ISO 9001:2000 and completed certification on April 7, 2006. 27th of March 2008 AGMAR is certified for the management of the social accountability system pursuant to the SA8000 standard, and as 28 April 2008 for the environmental management system pursuant to the ISO14001:2004 standard.
We offer extensive knowledge of the Croatian market, well-organised distribution and many strong relationships with clients and experts from the most important medical institutions (health-care institutions, rehabilitation centres, the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare). We are competent, able to adjust rapidly to changes in the market, and strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and customers
